We also collect limited technical data automatically through analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy), such as pages visited and general location at country level.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, process quotation and partnership requests, maintain business relationships, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where relevant, the performance of a contract.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you’ve requested (e.g. a logistics or verification partner directly involved in a transaction you’ve initiated), where required by law, or with service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting and analytics providers), under appropriate data protection agreements.

Ask Raholu (AI assistant)

When you use our Ask Raholu AI assistant, the questions and messages you submit are sent to our third-party AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial or confidential information in your messages to the assistant. The assistant is an automated tool; for anything requiring a person, please use our contact details below.

International transfers

As we operate across the UK and Nigeria, and use international service providers, your data may be processed outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
